Apple accounts for 51% of U.S. smartphone traffic

iPhone accounts for over half of all smartphone traffic in the U.S.
Admob's traffic analysis for January appoint Apple to stand for over half of all smartphone traffic. iPhone accounts for 60%, while the iPod Touch account for the remaining 40% of Apple's views.
With under two years on the market is the iPhone operating system already for 51% of amerikanse smartphone views.
In second place comes RIM with their popular BlackBerry, which accounts for 19% of impressions.
Microsoft Windows Mobile takes third place with 14%
The so-called iPhone killer using Google's Android operating system now has 3% of the market.
